Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are generally shipped via FedEx Smartpost / Economy Service within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
High volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID 19 closures, or weather events, among other things, may cause delivery delays. Prior to finalizing your order, please be aware of the potential delivery delays.
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us at Hi@LuDela.com.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been fulfilled by our warehouse.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address and NOT PO Box address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order minus a $13.99 shipping fee.

Domestic Shipping
Orders placed before 12pm Central Time (Monday - Friday) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
