Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

LuDela.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and offers a 30 days Return and Refund policy on all items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email support@ludelapbc.zohodesk.com or call 1-855-558-3352 with your order number to receive your return authorization, a pre-paid return shipping label, and instructions. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount of your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee.

We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the purchase date, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

If you believe your package is damaged in shipping, please kindly contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

To cancel an order, please email us at support@ludelapbc.zohodesk.com or call 1-855-558-3352 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processes them at our warehouse.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Please allow 14 business days for the refund back to your original form of payment.

Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your Ludela for the same item, send us an email at support@ludelapbc.zohodesk.com or call 1-855-558-3352 with your order number to troubleshoot your item. If we cannot fix the issue that you are having with your product through our troubleshooting process, you will receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Simply repackage the product in the original shipping box, affix the label, and we will send you a new item as soon as we receive your item, we will ship you a new LuDela.
